 Our industry is ridden with high pressure sales tactics with no regard to a family's emotional and financial situation at the time.  This is true of nearly ALL large corporate cemetery chains that also sell monuments.  Unfortunately many of the small independent monument companies selfishly employ the same tactics.  Not only is this inconsiderate and unprofessional, it is just ethically wrong in our opinion.  We promise to never place our families in an uncomfortable position by pressuring them into a purchase they are not emotionally ready for.  We encourage thoughtful and deliberate planning  and will never try to convince our customers to hurry through the process just to capture a sale.  Our sales associates are not commissioned, but rewarded instead by how respectfully they treat you.   Our belief is; if you found our services to be caring, thoughtful, considerate and sincere, you will likely purchase from us.
